Commercial Associate

A Manchester-based opportunity has arisen for a Commercial, Technology and Data Solicitor to join a high-performing and collaborative team advising a broad mix of national and international clients, from scaling tech businesses to established household names.

The role covers a wide range of technology and data work, including advising on AI and SaaS products, complex technology contracts, digital transformation projects and technology procurement. There is also strong exposure to data protection and cybersecurity matters, including compliance, breach readiness and the strategic use and commercialisation of data. The team works closely with corporate and private equity colleagues on transactional support, often alongside leading City and US firms.

The firm is keen to speak with solicitors at around 2-4 years’ PQE who have experience in commercial technology and data protection matters and enjoy working closely with clients. A pragmatic, commercial approach and an interest in developing client relationships are key.
