Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor - Tier 1 Law Firm

Role to be based in central Manchester in Spinningfields

The team does a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies
The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims
They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Court of Protection work

Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 4

PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work, however they welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into and focussing within this exciting area
