A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Manchester. With significant investment in its regional offices and a strong reputation, this is a rare opportunity to join a firm looking to continue on a strong growth trajectory.

The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family‑owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high‑quality and varied, covering:

• M&A transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
• Corporate governance and general advisory matters

This role offers real influence: you will have the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging an existing client base, strong cross‑referral networks, and the support of a progressive national leadership team.

• England and Wales qualified solicitor.
• Experienced Corporate Solicitor with proven transactional expertise
