Your new role This employment paralegal position involves supporting a respondent‑focused caseload across both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

What you’ll need to succeed:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 12 months' experience as an employment paralegal, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious work.

A strong academic background is essential, preferably supported by completion of the LPC or an equivalent qualification.
