EL​/PL Paralegal

Your new companyOur client is a prominent defendant law firm experiencing continued growth and now looking for an experienced Paralegal to join its expanding EL/PL team and contribute to a high-performing casualty practice. Your new roleThe role involves supporting senior lawyers with the progression of complex EL/PL claims, taking responsibility for evidence review, case preparation and day-to-day file management. It offers exposure to high-value litigation and the chance to develop strong technical skills within an established team.

What you'll need to succeedYou'll need a solid working knowledge of EL/PL litigation across both fast-track and multi-track cases, with the ability to review evidence, understand procedural requirements and apply the relevant legal principles confidently. Strong written communication, careful attention to detail and a steady, organised approach to managing deadlines will be important in handling the technical demands of the role.
