Overview

An excellent EL/PL team in Manchester is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to handle a rewarding mix of multi-track and serious injury EL/PL cases. • Manage a caseload of EL/PL files, including multi-track and some serious injury claims, from pre-litigation through to trial.
• Liaise with insurers, clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
• Draft key legal documents, from settlement correspondence to witness statements and instructions to experts.
• Review medical reports, issue court proceedings, and meet limitation deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, regular communication.
• Keep up to date with relevant regulatory and legal developments.

• A skilled fee earner with strong litigation skills.
• Experience handling a multi-track EL/PL caseload.
• Someone confident and proactive, with strong client skills.
• A strong understanding of personal injury litigation and court processes.
