The successful Private Client Paralegal candidate will assist fee earners in a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Assisting with probate and estate administration
• Supporting on trusts, tax planning, and Court of Protection work
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders
• Managing files, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records

This role offers real variety, client contact, and the chance to build lasting relationships in a firm known for its personal approach.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in private client law (minimum 12 months preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A professional, empathetic, and client-focused manner
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively
