The RoleWe are currently looking for a Litigation Executive/Paralegal to join our Vetting Team in the OL/PL department. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are more important than qualification. You will be expected to manage your own caseload in the role.

Responsibilities- Take initial instructions from client and complete FN009.
- Ensure correct accident circumstances, injuries and potential losses are recorded on the file.
- Respond to enquiries by phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Gather essential information to assess the validity of claims.
- Maintain accurate client records using our case management system.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure every enquiry is handled efficiently.
- Ensure notes and other information systems are maintained to the firm’s standards.
- Where appropriate, schedule appointments for the fee earner.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the firm by assisting other members of the team.
- Good customer care skills including empathy and the ability to obtain information.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Administration or telephone-based customer service background is preferable.
- Experience of Proclaim case management system advantageous.
- Salary of £28,000.
- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
Hybrid Working: 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.
23 Days Holiday:
Rising to 26 days, plus bank/public holidays.
