Property Damage - Associate - Manchester - Up to £65,000

An excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, internationally recognised law firm providing specialist legal advice to a broad range of private insurance clients.

Due to the continued growth of its Property Damage team, the firm is looking to appoint a Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to work alongside an experienced and well-regarded team. The role offers exposure to a high-quality and varied caseload, with a steady stream of instructions from longstanding insurer clients.

You will work closely with some of the UK’s largest insurers and underwriters, handling complex and high-value property damage claims, including multi-million-pound losses. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to develop their technical expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Managing a varied caseload of complex property damage claims
• Acting on disputes arising from fires, escapes of water and oil, subsidence, and construction or engineering-related incidents
• Working closely with insurers and underwriters on high-value claims
• Delivering a high standard of client care while meeting deadlines and targets
• Collaborating effectively within a specialist team

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
• At least two years’ experience in property damage litigation
• Experience handling complex and technical property damage disputes
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
