Based in Manchester, we serve clients nationwide and are currently ranked 64 out of more than 10,000 law firms. Paralegal – Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)

We are currently seeking an experienced RTA / OIC Personal Injury lawyer/paralegal to join our busy Personal Injury department. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Road Traffic Accident claims, primarily handled through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to settlement. We have high‑quality non‑CMC sources for all our work—our lawyers only deal with genuine cases.

Our strict acceptance criteria for OIC claims focus on liability and likely quantum, so we only take claims at the higher end of tariff valuation.

We offer a generous commission structure: all lawyers receive a percentage of every case they win, with no hurdles or caps. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in RTA claims who is looking to develop their career within a fast‑paced legal environment.

  • Maintain accurate records using the firm’s case management system.
