Full Opportunity Brief Contextual OverviewBruin is recruiting Employment Lawyers across a range of PQE levels (Associate, Senior Associate, and more experienced levels) for team expansion in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The role involves advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to national and international businesses on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Key Eligibility Criteria- Experience in contentious, non-contentious, or mixed employment law practices
- Suitable for Associate, Senior Associate, and mid-senior experience levels
- Employment Tribunal litigation and case management
- ACAS early conciliation and settlement negotiations
- Day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
- Disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Settlement agreements and TUPE/collective consultation projects
- Providing strategic employment law advice to a varied business client base
