We're looking for someone who naturally demonstrates these values in the way they work, communicate and support clients.

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with support from experienced Property Lawyers and Team Managers.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties, providing exceptional service throughout the transaction.
• Drafting legal documentation, conducting searches, preparing matters for exchange and completion, and maintaining accurate file records.
• Completing post‑completion activities including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards at every stage.

• A Law degree or previous experience within the property sector.
• A genuine interest in building a career within residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
