A national top 50 law firm with a large new build and plot sales team acting for house builders.
The roleYou will handle plot sales for developer clients, working within a wider real estate team.
Work includes issuing contract packs from standard documents, exchange of contracts, part exchange purchases, Land Registry applications, SDLT returns and searches.
You will also open files, prepare bills and may help with site set up documents, contracts and deeds of easement and covenant.
What you will needAround a year of conveyancing or plot sales experience is preferred.
A law degree, LPC or CILEX qualification helps but is not essential.
Good client care, organised and detail minded.
Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook.
