RTA Solicitor | Manchester | Hybrid | Up to £60,000
Cape Clarke is recruiting for two RTA Solicitor opportunities in Manchester, covered by this single advert. Hybrid working is available, with salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.
You will manage litigated road traffic accident claims, investigate disputed liability and assess medical evidence and losses. The role includes drafting litigation documents, complying with directions, instructing counsel where needed and negotiating settlement.
You should be a qualified solicitor with experience handling your own litigated RTA caseload. Strong organisation, clear drafting and practical judgement on evidence and case strategy are important. You should be able to explain the process and settlement options clearly to clients.
The precise caseload and level of responsibility will be matched to relevant experience. Manchester base with hybrid working.
