Pricing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual who is interested in building a career in pricing, quoting, and commercial operations within a global technology organization.

As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting pricing and quotation processes for designated suppliers.

• Preparing and managing supplier quotations and pricing requests.
• Reviewing margins on customer orders prior to shipment using Excel-based reports.
• Monitoring and supporting margin recovery activities on shipped orders.
• Requesting volume pricing and design registration discounts through Arrow and supplier systems.
• Maintaining pricing data, systems, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supplier teams.
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and accurate pricing information.
• Working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and customer focus are essential.

• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience in pricing, quoting, procurement, purchasing, sales support, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Experience working in an international business environment.
• Knowledge of the electronics or semiconductor industry.

• Full‑time permanent position.

• Working hours:
  • 08:00 – 16:30 (1-hour lunch break), or
  • 08:30 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break).
• Permanent contract with a 6‑month probation period.
