Head of Personalisation Components Merchandising

• Own the personalisation components business within Buying & Merchandising

• Manage demand planning for personalisation components

• Ensure planning, procurement, availability, and commercial performance

• Lead coordination across Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising, planning, buying, procurement, supply chain, or a similar product-led commercial function
• Understanding of demand planning, purchase order management, replenishment, and supplier coordination
• Ability to manage stock availability and component flow in a fast-paced trading environment
• Experience with licensed product, replica apparel, personalisation, or component-led product models is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident using systems, trackers, and reporting tools
• Proven ability to identify issues quickly and prioritize effectively
• Strong communicator and collaborator
