• International Trade & Documentation – Prepare and manage transit documentation from origin to destination; review documents under LC terms; manage duty and VAT for imports from China; comply with HMRC regulations; stay current on import declarations and transport regulations within the UK and Ireland.
• Shipment Coordination & Monitoring – Provide end‑to‑end monitoring of cargo and maintain real‑time tracking reports; liaise with the China export team, product lines, and logistics providers; coordinate with shipping lines, ports, brokers, and haulage companies; collaborate with the EU Logistics Team for cross‑regional movements.
• Commercial & Compliance – Negotiate shipping quotations; ensure compliance with logistics standards; support regulatory requirements such as Carbon Emission compliance and CBAM reporting.

• Proven experience in import/export and heavy machinery transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative approach.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Fluent in English communication.
