This isn't a traditional logistics management role. It's a hands‑on leadership position where you'll drive operational performance, lead from the front and make real-time decisions that directly impact service delivery and customer experience.

• Leading day‑to‑day live operations across a busy, fast‑moving environment
• Driving KPIs including SLA performance, on‑time delivery and operational productivity
• Coaching and developing shift‑based operational teams
• Managing live incidents and customer‑impacting issues with confidence
• Using operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Working closely with leadership and technology teams to improve systems and processes

• Same-day or final-mile logistics
• Rapid delivery or e‑commerce operations
• Transport or network control
• Contact centre or customer operations
• Mobility or other high‑volume operational environments

You’ll be a hands‑on leader who thrives under pressure, is passionate about developing people, and enjoys using data to improve performance.
