Parts Administrator – Ford & Stellantis Dealership

About the role:

Motorsave Limited, a franchised Ford and Stellantis dealership (Fiat Professional, Citroën LCV, Peugeot LCV, Vauxhall LCV), is recruiting an experienced Parts Administrator to join our Parts department. This is an internal-facing role supplying parts exclusively for our own workshop — there is no external or trade parts sales function.

• Inputting parts invoices accurately
• Locating parts within manufacturer parts catalogues for repair jobs, including identifying additional one-use parts required
• Managing stock levels across Stellantis and Ford brands
• Managing surcharge returns and warranty part returns
• Preparing parts for work-in-progress quotations and warranty repairs

• Previous parts department experience, or a role involving detailed vehicle component knowledge
• Solid working knowledge of parts catalogues
• Dealer Management System (DMS) experience essential — Keyloop or CDK (Kerridge) preferred
• High attention to detail, accuracy and strong organisational skills
