Job Title – Procurement Coordinator

Location – Manchester

What you will be doing:

An opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join the team at Galliford Try

What you will be doing:
  • Prepare and issue supplier enquiries and requests for quotation.
  • Assess supplier quotations and provide recommendations to the Supply Chain & Procurement and Project teams.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
  • Support the procurement of project materials, plant hire, goods and services to meet project requirements.
  • Manage the requisition-to-purchase process, ensuring compliance with Company processes, procurement procedures and Preferred Supplier Agreements.
  • Assist in monitoring the P2P (Procurement to Payment) process, resolving invoice queries, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
  • Assist in managing live plant hire reports.
  • Help ensure the timely and compliant placement of orders, supporting successful project delivery.
  • Assist with monitoring supplier performance and resolving supplier-related issues where required.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Supply Chain & Procurement team as needed.
