Shipping Clerk £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm We are looking for a reliable and organised Shipping Clerk to join a busy fashion business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, shipping experience, and confidence using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities Processing customer and wholesale orders. Creating shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices. Arranging carrier collections and tracking shipments. Liaising with couriers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers. Managing shipping records and resolving delivery issues. Maintaining inventory and shipment reports. Supporting seasonal product launches and order fulfilment. Skills & Experience Required Previous shipping, logistics, or order processing experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, tables, filtering, and basic Pivot Tables.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Computer literate with the ability to manage emails and business systems.

Experience with in fashion, retail, or apparel is advantageous. Knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms would be beneficial. Interested? Apply today with your CV
