We’re on the lookout for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to drive CONDUCTR’s day-to-day supply chain, turning business demand into effective purchasing, smooth logistics and the right materials in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities Demand Planning & Business Coordination
  • Work with relevant business functions to understand demand and translate approved requirements into purchasing, replenishment and delivery activity.
  • Consolidate product forecasts, project requirements and production plans into an operational purchasing plan.
  • Challenge incomplete or unclear requirements where they could affect supply or delivery.
  • Monitor stock, open orders, supplier lead times and material requirements, identifying shortages and risks early.
  • Provide clear information on stock availability, material status and supply risks.
  • Resolve or escalate conflicting or changing requirements.
  • Ensure purchasing is based on approved specifications, BOMs and build requirements.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
  • Manage the day-to-day purchasing process within agreed purchasing authorities and controls.
  • Raise, issue, amend and manage purchase orders accurately and on time.
  • Manage routine supplier communication, order confirmation, expediting and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and open-order records.
  • Ensure purchasing reflects agreed supplier arrangements, pricing and lead times.
  • Coordinate the operational onboarding of approved suppliers, working with the Head of Strategic Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the required purchasing, commercial and system information is in place.
  • Resolve routine supplier performance, delivery and order issues.
  • Coordinate supplier returns, replacements, credits or RMAs where required.
  • Escalate significant commercial, contractual, capacity or supplier issues to the Head of Strategic Supply Chain.
  • Manage complex, urgent or priority purchasing requirements where required.
Replenishment, Stock & Inventory
  • Own routine replenishment and repeat-component ordering for established products.
  • Maintain appropriate reorder points, minimum stock levels and safety-stock parameters.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels against agreed demand.
  • Use stock information provided by the Stock & Inventory Controller to support purchasing and replenishment decisions.
  • Identify shortages, excess stock and changing demand early and take appropriate action.
  • Review obsolete, damaged, excess or slow-moving stock and recommend appropriate action.
  • Ensure stock write-offs or disposal follow the agreed approval process and financial controls.
Logistics, International Trade & Material Readiness
  • Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Arrange routine freight and courier activity where required.
  • Manage international shipping requirements, including Incoterms, duties, customs and import/export documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, suppliers and logistics partners on foreign-currency considerations where relevant.
  • Maintain visibility of ordered, outstanding and at-risk materials.
  • Coordinate material readiness for product builds, R&D activity, scenic production and project delivery.
  • Resolve routine logistics issues and

Damaged, Incorrect & Non-Conforming Goods
  • Ensure damaged, incorrect or non-conforming deliveries are resolved promptly.
  • Work with the Stock & Inventory Controller to ensure affected goods are correctly identified, recorded and isolated where required.
  • Coordinate replacement, return, credit or other action with the supplier.
  • Involve Engineering, Product Engineering, Show Set or other relevant technical owners where technical acceptance is required.
  • Escalate recurring or significant supplier-performance issues to the Head of Strategic Supply Chain.
Strategic Supply Chain Interface
  • Work closely with the Head of Strategic Supply Chain on supplier performance, sourcing decisions and escalations.
  • Implement agreed supplier and sourcing arrangements.
  • Provide operational feedback on supplier performance, delivery reliability and recurring issues.
  • Escalate significant commercial, capacity or supplier risks.
  • Support strategic supplier reviews where operational input is required.
