Maintenance Operative – Creative Support

Join our team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in Greater Manchester and the North West.

Salary:
Up to £27,133.29 per annum.

Employment type:

Full‑Time/Part‑Time (full‑time preferred; part‑time minimum 30 hours/week plus on‑call).

Work location:

Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high‑quality maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
• Respect tenants and their homes.
• Attend the morning Maintenance Meeting at Head Office, Stockport, every Monday at 8.30 AM and other meetings as required.
• Contribute to the On‑Call Rota – include additional payments for on‑call duties.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Experience of plumbing, either through a formal qualification or practical experience.
• Full driving licence; a vehicle will be provided for work purposes.
• Must be located in and eligible to work within the UK.
