Sanctuary provides in‑house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. • Carry out installation, fault fixing, maintenance duties, installation and commissioning of gas central heating systems within commercial properties
• Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed
• Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
• Resolve problems or set into motion means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed

• To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1 / CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1
  
  CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, Gas Auditing Qualification, HTR1, Unvented – G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS) – or currently undertaking the qualifications. Candidates must bring original certification; copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
• Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
• Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Working knowledge of the installation, servicing and maintenance of gas heating systems in commercial properties
• This role will involve driving on company business. Drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
