Role Overview
We require an experienced Maintenance Caretaker/Handyman.
Working Hours:
35 hours per week. First shift is 10am to 5pm; subsequent shift 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Potential for additional hours during between tenancy turnaround periods.
- Conduct maintenance inspections.
- Perform minor repairs.
- Paint as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
