Trainee & Experienced Technicians

Based in one of our centres or on the road, you will repair and replace vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry-leading tools, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces. You will solve problems and deliver care that makes a difference.

• A genuine people person who enjoys working with customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Proof of right to work in the UK

Trainee Technicians:
No prior experience required—we’re looking for people with the right attitude. Our recent trainee recruits have come from retail, hospitality, beauty, delivery driving and more. We provide the skills to repair or replace vehicle glass using state-of-the-art tools and equipment. Starting salary: £28,555.

Experienced Technicians:
If you already have experience fitting vehicle glass, we’d like to hear from you. Competitive salary (up to £32,693.30) + bonus potential, with opportunities to grow with an industry leader using cutting-edge technology.

No two days are the same. You’ll be based in a centre or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards.
