Mainstay Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Service Manager to lead reactive and planned maintenance across a large estate. The role is on-site at Trenchard Lines, with responsibility for safety, compliance and customer satisfaction while delivering high standards of service.
You will manage multiple work streams, lead maintenance teams and contractors, and ensure KPIs and First Time Fix targets are met.
