Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Cleaner to join their dedicated team. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and visitors. You’ll be part of a friendly, proactive cleaning team, working under the guidance of the Estates department to deliver top‑notch cleanliness and hygiene standards across the campus.

• Must have an Enhanced DBS or be willing to do one.

• General Cleaning: perform tasks such as vacuuming, surface cleaning, mopping, and internal glass cleaning.
• Waste Management: handle waste disposal in line with recycling procedures.
• Deep Cleaning: undertake sanitising and deep cleaning duties as needed.
• Equipment and Safety: use cleaning tools and products safely and report any equipment faults to the Estates team.
• Health & Safety: follow organisational health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
• Customer Service: maintain a high standard of customer service, timekeeping, and attendance.

• Provide a visible, friendly, and professional cleaning service that positively reflects the campus environment.
• Collaborate with the Estates team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

You will be flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting priorities. Must have previous experience in a cleaning role. You’ll take pride in delivering a professional and thorough cleaning service, creating a positive impression for all who visit or work on the site. Autonomy in day‑to‑day duties will be balanced with support from the wider team.
