Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer - Up to £45,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team, working on high-end retail and commercial sites within your local area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled service engineer seeking a stable role with strong long-term prospects.

• Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, Split, Multi-Split, and HVAC units).
• Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Working across a range of commercial and retail sites.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in air conditioning service and maintenance.
• F-Gas 2079 certification (essential).
• Strong knowledge of VRV, VRF, and split systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Salary up to £45,000 per year DOE.
• Company van + fuel card.
• Overtime available for increased earnings.
