Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community and Estates Management teams in delivering a high standard of repairs and maintenance across the building fabric and mechanical/electrical systems. Tasks include diagnosing faults, minor day-to-day repairs, and ensuring statutory compliance.
You will communicate with residents and contractors, manage maintenance records, and help deliver services within budget and safety guidelines. A relevant trade qualification is essential.
