Location: Wythenshawe
Your Housing Group is seeking a full-time caretaker to join the team serving properties around Wythenshawe. The role involves repairs, maintenance and cleaning of communal areas, with duties including lighting/tap repairs, tiling, painting and property inspections.
You will work closely with the Accommodation Officer, manage your own diary, and travel to attend meetings when needed. A strong progression path is available within the group.
