Job OverviewConcept Resources are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable facilities management company for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards of cleaning while managing and supporting a team.
Job Duties- Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules, including arranging cover for sickness, holidays and absences.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with both staff and client representatives, demonstrating a high level of spoken and written English.
- Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies as required.
- Address any performance issues promptly and professionally.
- Respond quickly to client requests, feedback or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
- Proven experience in a commercial cleaning role.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Cleaning Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Confident managing staff and leading by example.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning standards.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.
- £14.00 per hour (PAYE).
- Part-time position working 15 hours per week.
- Consistent weekday working pattern.
