NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a days-only, Monday to Friday role in Manchester city centre. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and HVAC systems across five nearby commercial buildings, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance to SLAs/KPIs.
Candidates should hold Level 3 Mechanical discipline qualification with BMS/controls experience, RAMS knowledge, and the ability to coordinate sub-contractors.
