Extra Care Charitable Trust is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Assistant for Lark Hill Village in Nottingham. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, fault-finding and safety checks to keep the village safe and welcoming for residents and staff.
The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, with occasional out-of-hour cover, and earn £27,649.61 per annum.
