Old Moat is seeking a Caretaker to provide a high-quality, responsive and customer-focused service across multiple sites in Manchester. You will maintain buildings, perform risk assessments, and respond to day-to-day duties with a flexible approach.
The role requires physical fitness, good communication with residents, and the ability to travel between sites. Working hours are 35 per week, with occasional Saturday overtime and a casual car allowance. Driving licence is required.
