We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

• An amazing opportunity to the Maintenance team atThe Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Maintenance Assistant.
• In this role you will maintain the hotel o n a daily basis to ensure its effective running. This will include performing all basic maintenance tasks as requested by guests in room or by other hotel heads of department.
• You will coordinate and prioritise repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.
• You will check all work you have completed before signing it off as complete.
• You will ensure that you always adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.

• You must possessive curren t hotel maintenance experience.
• Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
• Understand the requirements for effective water management.
• Have knowledge of Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
• Able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
• Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
• Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
