Contracts Manager – Build Housing

If you’re an experienced
Contracts Manager
delivering timber frame housing and you’re looking for a role with real autonomy, influence, and progression, this could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

This is a
newly created position
due to the region's growth, not a replacement. You’ll step into a stable, well-funded developer with a strong pipeline across the North West and the backing to do things properly. This role will report to the Construction Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of multiple residential developments
• Leading Site Managers and Project Managers, developing strong teams
• Overseeing timber frame construction from start to finish
• Protecting programme, quality, and margin — without cutting corners
• Acting as the key point of contact between site, commercial, and technical teams
