Turner Lovell are seeking an experienced Contracts & Claims Manager to support a growing Grid Technologies business based in Manchester. This role will focus on managing contractual risk, claims, and variations across complex engineering and energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret customer and supplier contracts

Support PMs and CPMs with claims and commercial strategy

Identify, prepare, and manage incoming and outgoing claims

Draft contractual correspondence, notifications, and variations

Support dispute preparation and risk assessment

Work closely with legal, commercial, and procurement teams

Protect contractual entitlement and commercial position

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in contracts and claims management

EPC contract knowledge within engineering or construction environments

Background in substations, HVDC, transmission, wind, or power projects

Degree-qualified (Engineering, QS, Contract Law or similar preferred)

Strong communicator, commercially aware, and detail-focused
