Job Title: Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Salary: £70,000-£75,000 + Bonus

We are working with a leading in-house sportswear retailer to recruit a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their warehouse operations in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing e-commerce brand and play a key role in optimising their logistics and fulfilment processes.

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations ensuring efficiency, accuracy and safety.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes, SOPs and KPIs to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing warehouse team promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment, order accuracy, returns and reporting.
• Work closely with e‑commerce and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery performance.
• Identify and implement automation, technology solutions and process improvements to support scalability.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing teams.
• Expertise in inventory management, warehouse systems and operational KPIs.
• Experience implementing process improvements, automation or technology solutions to drive efficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
