Key Responsibilities- Supporting the management of projects from RIBA 1 to 6 and providing the client with a consultancy project management service.
- Assisting in the development of plans and strategies to deliver project objectives.
- Managing the project team and supporting effective collaboration across disciplines.
- Identifying and resolving differences between individuals and interest groups.
- Co‑ordinating contract agreement, compliance monitoring, and variance management with the Lead Consultant and legal representatives.
- Supporting the Lead Consultant on feasibility reports, managing progress and delivering high‑quality reports to the client.
- Monitoring and reporting progress against agreed programmes, and developing mitigation measures when timescales vary.
- Experience of public sector projects, especially with Local and Central Government and Education agencies.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and CDM for infrastructure projects.
- Experience across project stages from Feasibility Study to Operation.
- Experience in procurement of contractors, development of contractual documents, and achieving contract close.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team on behalf of a client, liaising with diverse specialisms.
- Experience developing and managing programmes and resolving time‑related challenges.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of cost management and providing best value to the client while maintaining quality.
- Desirable:
Chartership to MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS or equivalent.
