  Director About the Role A high'‘growth recruitment business in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its new business function.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast'‘paced environment, knows how to build a winning sales culture, and has a proven track record of driving revenue through BDM and SDR teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing the sales strategy, sector focus, and revenue plan
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of BDMs and SDRs
• Monitoring performance, activity levels, and pipeline discipline
• Setting pricing strategy and approving commercial agreements
• Owning forecasting and ensuring accurate reporting
• Working closely with operations to build scalable delivery models Targets & KPIs
• Team New Business Revenue: £100,000 per month
