London / Birmingham / Crewe – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

The Role

As Revenue Manager, you will lead strategy, performance, and people development across a dedicated route, balancing analytical insight with day‑to‑day trading decisions. You will:

  • Set and execute revenue strategies to maximise performance across assigned routes.
  • Drive revenue targets and lead initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a junior team of analysts, building capability and best practice.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
  • Manage workflows across pricing, forecasting, and yield optimisation.
  • Collaborate with wider commercial teams to deliver joined‑up strategies across the network.
  • Balance customer demand, yield, and operational performance to maximise revenue.
Your Skills & Experience

You should have:

  • Strong experience in revenue management or yield management.
  • A highly numerical, analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
  • A track record of delivering strong commercial results.
  • Experience developing or coaching analytical team members.
  • Transport sector experience (highly preferred).
