You should have experience managing a sales floor of 10+ agents, consistently delivering multi 6-7 figure monthly revenue.

  Manage and grow a team of 8 high-performing Sales Consultants, ensuring targets are hit consistently.
• Drive Daily Performance

  Run high-energy morning meetings to motivate and focus the team, with a strategy for each day.
• Optimise Every Call

  Monitor sales calls daily to identify coaching opportunities and unlock even better results.
• Report with Insight
  :
  Analyse team metrics and performance trends, delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Set the Standard

  Create a fast-paced, results-driven culture where hitting goals is the baseline and smashing them is the expectation.

• Minimum 4 years of telesales management experience
• A proven track record of scaling sales performance and growing revenue
• The ability to coach, inspire, and lead from the front
• A natural rapport builder with a keen eye for performance gaps and improvements

• Experience in direct telesales or sales call centre environments
• Knowledge or passion for the property investment space
