We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director who knows how to build momentum, inspire teams, and turn a strong commercial strategy into real-world results.

This is a senior leadership role within a growing B2B services business, working closely with an established and ambitious leadership team. With a clear vision and a defined plan through to 2026, we’re now looking for the right person to help accelerate their next phase of growth.

What you’ll be leading

You’ll take ownership of both new business and account management functions, ensuring they work in harmony to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and “manage from afar” — we want someone who enjoys being close to the action, coaching teams, shaping deals, and building strong client relationships.

What the role looks like
  • Setting and delivering the commercial strategy alongside the leadership team
  • Leading, developing, and motivating high-performing new business and account management teams
  • Creating a culture of accountability, pace, and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and momentum
  • Owning key client relationships and supporting on major opportunities
  • Using data, insight, and market knowledge to drive decision-making
  • Playing a central role in delivering the company’s 2026 vision and long-term growth plan
