The Place To Be are excited to be working with a fast-growing agency who partner with well-known fashion and retail brands to create impactful, experience-led campaigns. Due to expansion, they're looking for a Client Services Director to join the team.

About the role…
As Client Services Director
, you’ll play a key role in leading client relationships, driving growth, and building the agency’s client services offering alongside the Founder. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and enjoys combining strategy with delivery.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Owning and leading senior client relationships across fashion and retail brands
- Working closely with the Founder to identify, target, and win new business opportunities
- Developing tailored pitches and leading client presentations
- Ensuring best‑in‑class delivery of brand activation campaigns that exceed client expectations
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the client services team to support agency growth
About you...
This Client Services Director role would suit a senior agency leader with experience in brand activation, experiential, or integrated campaigns, who enjoys building strong client partnerships and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
What we’re looking for…
- Senior‑level experience within a brand activation, experiential, or creative agency
- A strong background working with fashion and/or retail brands
- A proven track record of leading client relationships and driving agency growth
- Confidence leading pitches, presentations, and senior client conversations
- An ambitious, commercially minded leader keen to help shape the future of the business
