• Deliver contract administration on a range of projects
• Undertake due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for investors and developers
• Mentor and support junior colleagues as the team continues to grow
• Oversee project monitoring for live developments across the region
• Act on behalf of both landlords and tenants in dilapidations matters.

• MRICS-qualified
• Proven experience delivering development monitoring and technical due diligence
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Track record of leading instructions and maintaining client relationships.
