The role

As an Account Director, you will report to the Business Director. You will have direct management responsibility for specific members of a designated team, ensuring efficient resource allocation for all client deliverables. Your primary focus will be on directing overall account profitability and establishing senior‑level client relationships.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as an inspiring strategic lead for accounts, delivering best‑in‑class integrated campaigns.
  • Establishing and fostering senior‑level relationships while adeptly navigating complex corporate structures.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive account growth plans to maximize agency influence.
  • Playing a key role in pitching, securing, and cultivating new business opportunities to expand the agency portfolio.
  • Managing recruitment, performance assessments, and team engagement to ensure a high‑performing environment.
  • Designing and implementing tailored training programs and clear progression plans for team success.
  • Overseeing budget control, financial health, and income forecasting for all aligned accounts.
