Head of Regulations & Compliance | Manchester | Circa £65,000 - £80,000 DOE Confidential | Manchester (Hybrid) Directly report to Founder & Managing Director This is a first appointment and one of the most critical hires that this brand will make this year. The brand is entering its biggest phase of global growth to date; accelerated retail, high-volume eCommerce, and major momentum in the US.

With that scale comes visibility, scrutiny, and responsibility. This role exists to protect the brand, the consumer, and the future of the business. As Head of Regulatory, you will own the global regulatory strategy across the entire brands portfolio. You will be the authority. The final sign-off. The trusted partner to the Founder and senior leadership team. Regulatory will not sit at the end of the process it will be embedded from the very first product conversation.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. You will guide product development, claims, labelling, packaging, and storytelling across the UK, EU, US, and ROW, ensuring products launch on time, compliantly, and confidently every time. You'll be a team player, thrive in a collaborative environment, working with NPD, design, supply chain, marketing, legal & finance, not forgetting their founder.

You're there to enable bold ideas while safeguarding consumer trust and brand reputation. You will balance creativity with compliance, speed with precision, and ambition with accountability. You will build scalable regulatory frameworks that support rapid growth. Product Information Files will be audit-ready at all times. Notifications, documentation, and governance will be watertight. Risks will be anticipated, not discovered. We're looking for a senior regulatory leader with strong knowledge of UK, EU, and US regulations, and the confidence to operate at founder level.
