Senior Audit Manager

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will play a key part in guiding teams, setting standards, and providing assurance that helps people make informed decisions. You’ll be trusted to bring clarity, provide direction, and ask the questions that matter. • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit work
• Oversee complex technical matters and manage projects from planning to completion
• Develop, coach, and inspire your team
• Foster strong relationships built on trust, communication, and collaboration
• Take on wider leadership opportunities—from training to contributing to new initiatives
• Push yourself, and us, to continually improve and innovate

• You will need a recognised professional qualification (ACA / ACCA or similar) and experience managing sizeable audit portfolios.
• Experience overseeing audits involving complex or technical issues.
• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP.
• A desire to grow, lead, and influence.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• A mindset that looks beyond the obvious and seeks continuous improvement.
