Transaction Services; FDD - Director

A leading Deal Advisory platform in the North West is seeking to appoint a Director into its Transaction Services team, following continued growth in private equity backed and mid market transactions.

This is a high impact leadership hire within a growing TS practice, offering genuine scope to shape the function, build a team, and lead complex engagements across PE buyouts, bolt‑on acquisitions, exits and refinancing processes.

This role will suit someone who wants the credibility of a strong platform, but with more autonomy, visibility and influence than traditional Big 4 structures.

As Director, you will:

• Lead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side FDD engagements end‑to‑end
• Act as a trusted adviser to PE funds, corporates and management teams
• Drive delivery across QoE, working capital, net debt and deal structuring considerations
• Support live transactions alongside Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and Tax teams
• Lead client relationships and contribute to origination / repeat mandates
• Build and develop a high performing TS team and future leadership bench
• Play a central role in the strategic growth of the wider Deals platform

This is a market‑facing role with real influence, not a delivery‑only position.

We are interested in speaking with Directors or Senior Managers ready to step up from:

• Big 4 Transaction Services / Deals teams
• Mid market advisory firms with strong sponsor coverage

You will bring strong technical credibility, commercial judgement, and a proven track record of leading diligence engagements, managing teams, and building client relationships.
